You can easily use HARMONY to make up test files. Create a small tune with, for example, 2 bars of G crotchets.
Set all the chord names to G and generate notes from chords.

Then edit one note in each chord as required.
If necessary, add a unison voice as well, to have 5 notes in each chord.
