We start off with Scallop and Vegetable Terrine with Potato-Mustard Dressing. Then we move to Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese roulade with Champagne-Chive Dressing. Just a short break for some Watercress and Lime soup. Then its on to Cod Tournados in Chanterelle-Chervil Broth. Dessert will be Caramelized Bread Pudding with Custard Sauce. Set back and get ready to be fed, my friends, Mick is in the cooking mood........................
