Let's see, an ice cold Dos Equis with a lime slice would complement the raw oysters nicely. And while I'm standing here in the kitchen, think I'll whip up some shrimp ceviche', use these medium prawns with some diced onion, pepper,ripe tomato,and cilantro.I loved rolled oysters too, three of em wrapped in corn bread batter and deep fried.
