The funniest parody of a "Doo-Wap!" (if indeed it POSSIBLE to parody such a silly singing style!) I ever saw was Morecambe & Wise doing "Boom - Oooh - YaTaTaTah!".... Must track down the words for that sometime - it's on an LP I have packed away.
