JennyO was right, and she meant what she said: There can be no such thing as "some people's *threads*"!

A *post* is the work of an individual, but a thread is open to one and all, and consists of the contributions [sic] of many. I can't understand (and also can't stand) the particular brand of "moaining" where someone says "you can't post to my thread!"
