That was three questions, and my comments are as follows:

"Can be" two separate matters. Since I've always been unsure what is meant by "spirituality", I'll say they "can be".

"All people are religious about something".   Wha?   This would be a matter of definition, and when you say "all people" it becomes totally impossible to check the truth or falsity of the statement. Both "religious" and "something" provide such extreme wiggle room that the proponent of the "All people are" statement can never, even in theory, be driven to the wall.

"And that all serious questions are (at some level) spiritual questions". Define "serious".   Define "spiritual". And then "(at some level)" makes the whole statement so vague as to be totally uncheckable.

Then backing up to the introduction to the three questions: "Are you aware"....   This implies that these three statements are really true beyond argument.
