Enough to stop you passing water but not enough- it would appear - to make you (and others) hold from posting (just) to pass judgement and as a result, send the very thread whose worth you are questioning - right back to the top again......

Those that appear not to be able to help themselves from opening such threads as these and those that just can't resist refreshing it - could always have a stab at answering the following when they do.

Perhaps you could provide an answer? As the main point of membership, was that we could contact each other via PMs and folk are encouraged to join - do you think that noe encouraging and supporting the posting as a guest or as 'Joe Clone' to protect your membership identity is really necessary or is setting the very best example?

After all these years of complaining about it - is posting anonymously now something to be encouraged?

At least give all this a little serious thought before supporting and mounting the Official Line of the automatic defence - for a look in the HELP forum will show that the Official Line of defence has now changed.....Sadly nothing else has....
