Legal Latin ain't real Latin, or at least it's not the Latin I learned back when Latin was the "in" language to learn. I am aware that it bears the same relationship to the tongue of Ceasare and Cicero that Liturgical Latin does, i.e., not much at all. Nevertheless, I stand by the assertions I made ab initio.
