Italian Stew

1 can Beef broth
2 cans Diced Tomatoes
1 large onion-chopped
1 lb mushrooms-sauteed
2 celery stalks-chopped
1 package Italian Sausage(mild or hot)-cut in small pieces and browned
1 package small Cheese Tortolini
1/2 cup good red wine
Garlic, oregano and basil to flavor
1 can tomato paste to thicken

simmer for 2 hours or use crockpot

Serve with garlic bread
