My all time favorite has always been "Harvest Home"
"Come ye faithfull people come sing the song of harvest home! All is safely gathered in, ere the winter storms begin. And the maker doth provide all our needs to be supplied come ye faithfull people come, sing the song of Harvest Home!" (this song has a pagan root!)
"John Barleycorn Must Die" (the last verses deal with harvesting!)
"The Dancing of the Sheets" (always brings a smile!)
