Hot lemon tea, with honey or sugar in, add a really good slug of decent rum. For that luxurious evening drink, use spiced rum and add another good slug of green ginger wine and cardomon pod. That will clear your sinuses from your a*$£ upwards, especially if you forget and crunch up the cardomon pod. Repeat until you can't remember why you were drinking it.
