My doctor's recipe (well he is Irish) - a goodly measure of a good whisky, lemon, cinnamon, cloves and honey topped up with hot water and a little ginger if required - if you have a cold and are not just drinking this for the pure pleasure of it - swallow with 2 paracetamols!
