Assuming you're a citizen of a country that requires everyone to abide by laws and pay taxes, you're still going to be in trouble if you don't do these things.

Here's a reprhase: A person may believe in communism and hate capitalism, but if they live in a capitalist country, they still have to work for capitalists, buy products and services sold by capitalists, thereby supporting capitalism and functioning as a capitalist.
