We recently lost our giant white lop eared rabbit called Billy. I don't think he was quite as big as Roberto, but couldn't have been far behind. Despite rumours to the contrary expressed in this thread, Rabbits are the most gentle and sociable of creaturs.
Billy was friendly, and the only problem was that he was contantly surrounded by a mist of white fur which blocked up the vacumn cleaner. (even wroteof a Dyson) we used to vacumn him daily. He was happy to play the part of a sheepskin rug and is sadly missed.
Fortunatley, we still have two of his offspring and the Dam. Named Wesly, Lara and Bones repectively.
They make fine companions and are sociable. They live outside but show some interest in becomming House Rabbitts.
