I am getting so badly harrassed by the Democrats for supporting Nader this year, I've feared for my safety. Last night (again) the Democrats for Kerry doorknockers were distrubing me during the final game of the World Series (just goes to show how messed up their priorities are--nothing is sacred to these fanatics) last night, they were oh so very polite. Was our household registered, and who would we be voting for. So I told them, 1 Kerry and 4 Nader. They went ballistic, and started ARGUING WITH ME. Canvassers ARGUING WITH PEOPLE THEY ARE JUST SUPPOSED TO BE POLITE WITH AND SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTE.

I slammed the door in their faces.

I haven't had any trouble from the Republicans, but then I live in a Democratic Party stronghold neighborhood in St Paul. The Republicans have been by twice, asked if we're registered, asked who we are voting for, asked if wanted their propaganda, and politely said thank and left. The Democratic door knockers have harrassed us every time they have come to the house (three times now) when we've told them 1 for Kerry, 3 for Nader.
