if you had searched on *either* "silver nutmeg" or "golden pear" you would have found this thread - however - not the combination because that made the search look for a phrase that wasn't in the post until you recently put it in...

in google searching on silver nutmeg golden pear equals a search for silver + golden + nutmeg + pear but here it equals a search for the exact phrase "silver nutmeg golen pear"
