Ohio's voter-registration rolls are dirty, containing more than 122,000 apparent duplicates as well as the names of people who moved out of state in the 1990s, a local murder victim and even a pair of accused terrorists...
registered voters in at least seven Ohio counties — including Franklin, Cuyahoga and Licking — exceeds the estimated votingage population. Franklin County tops the list, with at least 30,000 more registered voters than residents who are at least 18 years old."
