Some fools, eh, Wolfgang? The history of your own country shows us what can happen when people (fools) choose to ignore or disregard everything that can be (rather glibly, I might add) labeled "conspiracy". In fact, I bet the government of the day used just such a smear tactics on the citizens of Germany in order to get them to not notice or believe what was quite clearly happening right before their eyes. I bet there were a lot of people who felt like fools in your country right after WWII.
