Hope they don't have to go the tracheostomy route, had one myself last year, and although they're not painfull, they seem to take a while to heal up. Plus it means you've got to block the tube to speak, so all Jacqui needs to do to silence you, is tie your hands down, and although bondage can be fun, they frown on it in hospitals.
