I agree -mostly- with the transcription from Vulgar boatman, with two exceptions:

[And blind the fishes stare… - I have no idea, but it doesn't sound like blind fishes to me]


The CD booklet from the Pentangle Light Flight anthology says the song is "traditional, arranged by Jansch, Renbourn, Thompson, Cox, & McShee." I really can't believe it's traditional. Nice song, though.
