I still haven't found any sign of this song in any printed source. John Mehlman suggested it was in Vance Randolph's "unprintable" songbooks but I couldn't find it there. He also thought it was in an Australian collection of bawdy songs, which doesn't surprise me. Maybe the title is significantly different.
