I think it's Bush doing "wag the dog". He gets to best his daddy by being "commander-in-chief" and playing God. He appeals to bloodthirsty citizens everywhere who have revenge and murder in their eyes. Do you think they care about the slaughter of innocent Iraqi men and women?
