PORK FAT RULES!

They are reccomending margerine or cooking oil in Christmas pud and mincemeat? Are they NUTS?

Suet or Lard. my third choice would be butter. Margerine probably slightly below solid vegetable shortening and oil WAY WAY down on the list.
