Festive Jalouise

A pie made with Brussell sprouts, chestnuts,fine sliced onion and red pepper in a cheese sauce (with a slug of Madeira in it)with a puff pastry case.
It is absolutely stunning, I fed a serious meat eater friend one yesterday and he thought it was brilliant
