Juice a lemon into a cup, add grated nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, a few cloves, three tablespoons of honey, and some whisky if you want. Top up with hot water and drink...
The cloves and honey are good for a sore throat, the lemon is full of vitamin c, and the rest just make it taste good. If you put whisky in, it'll help you sleep.
