It'll probably be more expensive than the non-hybrid equivalent (at least until economy of scale allows the pricing to become more competitive), but think of the savings in fuel costs over the life of the vehicle. And they're making it so that it can run on biodiesel. No more dependence on a dwindling petroleum supply and foreign oil sources. Sounds promising.
