Ummm.....how can you report the facts about the facts when you don't actually KNOW what the facts are? Surely, the only people who know the REAL facts are those who are organising the very facts that you claim to know the facts about!!

Councillor Eddc: I think if you check YOUR facts you might find that the Council are reponsible for the Promenade, but the Beach belongs to God and His/Her People! Therefore all sleeping, skinny dipping, pebble throwing, barbecuing, camp fires and singing/dancing around said campfires cannot be stopped! If the beach is invaded by ANY Councillor, Politician.....or Seered Owner....then I personally will start the Folk Revolt which is fast brewing in this Magnificent Country of ours!!!!

And Spotty Dog, I'll make sure to leave a really good supply of Bonios in all the parks for you!!
