That's a "Portuguese mandolin" funnily enough Davetnova although I believe it has a Portuguese name as well which escapes me for the moment. Some of those certainly have wider necks but, incredibly, some manage to squeeze the extra four strings in on a normal width neck (calling for extra-accurate playing).
