Is it a TV short, like Frosty the Snowman?

When I was little, we lived in Florida. I heard that song on the radio, and I asked my mother what "foggy" meant. Her answer was so unbelievable as to seem like science fiction. It was my first encounter with the strangeness of the adult mind.

You should have been there when I heard "Mockingbird Hill" and asked her what a hill was.
