I am sure the team are fully aware of Licence and Insurance requirements and it will all be in the pipeline. D Schofield and the others have had close involvement with past festivals as have others (previous Director for one).

I take the view that there is not much point in announcing anything until such time as it is all cut and dried. What do you expct them to say?
