THis idea seems to be a sort of "Get the Christ out of Christmas" campaign. Which is fine by me--I like the lights and trees and music and stuff. Seems that it would be more apt to upset devout Christians more than others if the celebration were generalized to leave the religious aspects out.

A we usd to say in the early days of Political Correctness:
"Have a happy non-sectarian year end holiday."
