Having had some problems with the elves in the Workshop refusing to get their act together and sorting your parcel I am pleased to report that it was today handed over to the Transportation Department.

They have informed me that I have missed their last posting date for Christmas by several days but they will deliver it as soon as possible. I hope it will turn up within the Yuletide period but if not don't worry - at least you know it is on the way. Anyway the old date for Christmas was 6th January!
