The legendary Palace Curry House in Manchester had three grades of curry sauce. This is true - I once went there and tried the 'mildest' one.

Hot (extremely hot)

Suicide (you'll want to after you have eaten it)

Kamikaze (you're death rattle will sound like you are speaking Japanese)

It was served in a polysterene cup to pour over you plate of chicken and rice (probably so you could change your mind if you wanted to)

Legend has it that a student bet another that he couldn't drink the Kamikaze down in one. He did, but ended up in intensive care.

This is almost certainly a folk-tale. You can tell because they usually emanate from a friend of a friend - bit like the Newcastle one.
