The big question is...."Is the person really a bully?"...The answer is......are the people who think he/she is a bully, really being bullied? or are they playing the same kind of games that many others are in an unreal situation?
You choose to be what you are! If you allow yourself to be bullied then you are a victim!...If you bully others then you are a bully!......who is what??? You decide for yourself...if you feel bullied by Martin Gibson then what are you going to do? fight back or ignore? Should you react to him, should you allow him to be the bully?
