Actually, Franz, the groundhog was way up the hill, sunning itself before its burrow. Not an easy angle from the road below for a headshot but Obray was still embarrassed.

Obray is best known, perhaps, in the folk song community for his singing of "Rain and Snow"; the Grateful Dead credit him as the source of their adaptation.

After a week of beans, groundhog stew tasted mighty fine!
