Why waste a word, when a gesture will do? My sign language for dickhead is to hold up a closed fist, straightening out my little finger, and then letting it fall limp.

I agree with Amos -- let the bad 'uns roll around in their own muck, and let the good 'uns know you love 'em. Works for me. ;-)
