Thread Name: Young Folkies (Under 25)
Subject: RE: Young Folkies (Under 25)
Those of us who are now over 25 (especially those who are just 26) - were once 25 and those who are now less than 25 - will one day be over 25.

The music does not change very much.

But if you are not passed it at 26 and want to do more than make and talk folk music ('shucks' - like kissing, making-out and suchlike) one can understand that a 61 year-old folkie would not be your ideal choice. And looking for someone your own age (or younger, as long as they don't think you to be too old) would be understandable.

However and more seriously, there is also always the warning that should be made that - appeals for young people to make contact via the internet - may not be all they seem and the people making them may not in fact be the age they claim to be........
