We are the ones imposing this election upon Iraqis who don't really want an election right now, thank you very much. And it is our troops' presence which is fueling the INDIGENOUS, LOCAL INSURGENCY FIGHTING THE AMERICAN OCCUPATION. That isn't Iraqis fomenting the insurgency, it is the occupiers--us. Not them.
