Do you have any comprehension of what a "cease-fire" is?

In 12 years, Saddam did not comply with HOW MANY resolutions that would have ended the war? There was NO peace treaty from the Kuwait invasion- we were STILL at war.

I have been through this before- but it seems that there is no desire to have a reasonable discussion of the facts of the matter.
