Joe, it was the N.R.A.-----------NATIONAL RECOVERY ACT (nothing about guns) under whose auspices the Witer's Project was handled. Just put the words (not the innitials unless you want gun stuff) into a search engine and there it will be. Gave work to many writers doing the guidebooks to all 48 states. And I think all the murals in schools and public buildings were done under them too. Don't know many details. But the NEW LOST CITY RAMBLERS had songs of the N.R.A. on the same album for Folkways---SONGS FROM THE DEPRESSION.
