Thanks for the lyrics to All the Good Times - the version I'm familiar with (there are other versions on the web). However, I think the "hunter has hung up his horn" rather than hallowed it - I think hung up makes more sense.

The best (imho) parting song is Parting Song by Dave Webber. The chorus goes:
