today i heard "old and in the gray"
doing wild horses and honkeytonk women
(both rolling stone tunes i think?)
in a fast bluegrass style.
and i also have heard stairway to heaven
treated that way...and some beatles songs.

Sometimes it is hard to draw the line between
bluegrass and old timey songs..i like both!!
(like i often say : "i like both kinds of music:
country AND western")
