Haven't noticed a mention of Vince Morash (based in Nova Scotia) - he'll be at the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival in August as part of the group Crossession - a great singer, and he's written some marvelous songs.

And I expect James Keelaghan
is above the radar - he is one of the most interesting song writers we know.
