Well, I'm with Di. and Obie. The news was covered by BBC World Service in the middle of the (British) night but there doesn't seem to have been anything in the British press otherwise. So, I'm proud of Canada, not too chuffed with Britain. And I'm surprised by Martin; as you say, thank God for minority government.

The American government made some comment, didn't it?, that Canada would be 'outside the room' when decisions were made. Isn't this whole bout of militaristic mania about people invading other people's airspace? So, USA airspace must never be violated, but it doesn't work t'other way 'round?
