I have had really bad experiences with Dell computers and tech support. Everything about my Dell failed over the course of a year until it was worthless. I had to fight-fight-fight to get any repairs or replacements. I spent many (sometimes five) hours on the phone each day for weeks, either being put on hold or losing my temper and yelling at people. To cut costs, they hire morons who know nothing about computers and put them in contact with customers. They do know how to give the runaround. Aaaargh!!!
