John, at the bottom of this page is a blue clicky that says Make a link ("blue clicky") - right click to get a new window and use that - if you leave it open you can use it many times - if you left click on it you will lose this page and have to reopen it.


Cut & Paste -

highlight the text you want by left click - drag with button down - release - you need to fiddle till you get it just where you want

either use the Edit link at top of screen to copy and the in the new window use the paste one

or to copy hit the 'Ctrlkey & c' keys - to paste 'Ctrlkey & v' keys together - the 'Ctrlkey & x' keys will cut (delete) the text - doesn't work on displayed web pages though - it only works in Notepad etc.
