I've remembered that years ago here in north Texas we used to have a band called "Cafe Noir". They were a Django style gypsy jazz band - 2 guitars, a fiddle and a string bass player. But they eventually added a guy that played a piano style accordian and - he yodeled ! It sounds really odd to combine a yodeler and a gypsy jazz band - but it worked. Strange but true.
