A policy allowing "No Eastward Youth" for their lack of "any outward ethos" will prompt "new authors today" to cry "Away, Thou Rodents!!!" . When leaders "shutdown toy area", the youth will respond, "Daresay Thou Won't", resulting in an "unsteady hoot war".
