"My Buddy" and "I Only Want A Buddy Not A Sweetheart" are two songs that I never considered to have anything to do with homosexuals. "My Buddy" I always considered to be a song about loosing comrades in war. A friend said that they sounded like gay songs. I know they have both been sung by a number of prominent performers. Any thoughts on these two songs.
