Have you ever read
A poem
That goes upwards?
Or drunk a glass of water til it overflows?
Have you ever dredged
To the very bottom of a garden
And found roots that lead you
Skywards, past your nose?
Have you ever done a handstand
And discovered
your toes, once hidden
saluting to the sun
When you find your endings are ascending
Then you'll know this story has begun.


my sun is rising in a clear and glorious sky
while khandu's sun descends and slowly sinks.

as slowly they did bubble up
while Khandu's night ascends, and moonshine winks.
